JERRY THEVENET
Born in NunatuKavut, of both European and indigenous descent, Jerry has always had a profound interest in his indigenous heritage. In 2004, after 15 years as a graphic artist, Jerry decided to pursue his lifelong ambition and launched JERRYCO ANIMATION, North America’s first indigenous owned and operated animation studio.
Since then he has written, directed and produced over 250 episodes of indigenous television. Committed to the preservation of indigenous languages and cultures, all of Jerry’s productions feature indigenous characters, settings and languages.

PAUL BARAKA
Paul Baraka is a composer, sound designer, and visionary whose work is inspired by earthly elements, astrophysics, and related fields. With a broad musical spirit and a passion for exploration, Paul's compositions and performances showcase a unique blend of thought and emotion.
In addition to his work in music and sound design, Paul is dedicated to preserving the cultural heritage of Indigenous people. He has spent over 20 years recording Indigenous voice-overs on site for JerryCo Animations in Canada, and believes that language is a key component of cultural preservation. As such, he incorporates traditional elements into his compositions as much as possible.
Through his work, Paul has helped to raise awareness and appreciation for the culture, traditions, language, songs, and stories of First Nations people in Canada. He is passionate about sharing these stories and traditions with a wider audience, and is dedicated to creating immersive and meaningful audio experiences.
